In a large pan saute the onion, garlic and ginger.

Add in the chopped cilantro and cook for a minute.

Add in the tomato paste and spices. Cook for a couple of minutes.

Add the shrimp and saute for a few minutes until the shrimp is firm and cooked.

Add in the cooked rice to the shrimp and stir to combine.
