Pan Seared Salmon

Ingredients

– Salmon fillets – garlic, oregano, paprika, black pepper and salt – Lemon – Olive oil – Onion – Tomatoes – Spinach

Rub olive oil on the salmon fillets and top with oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic and lemon juice.

Place the salmon in the hot pan, skin side down and sear for a few minutes.

Flip and sear on the other side for a few more minutes.

Cook the onions and tomatoes in olive oil. Add spinach and cook for a few minutes.

To have the crispy skin, let the salmon sear skin side down for a few minutes, untouched.
