Brush the cod fillets with olive oil on both sides.
In a bowl mix parmesan, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper.
Coat each fillet with the parmesan mixture, make sure that the fillets are coated well on all sides.
Place the fillets on the baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
The fish is cooked completely when it flakes easily.
