Parmesan

Baked Cod

Ingredients

Spices

In a shallow bowl mix the Parmesan with the spices.

The Cod

Brush the cod pieces with olive oil on both sides.

The Cod

Coat each fillet with the parmesan mix on both sides.

Bake

Place the cod pieces on a baking sheet and bake in the oven.

Bake

The cod is fully cooked when it flakes easily.

Serve

Serve with brown or white rice and salad.
