Easy & Tasty Patatas Bravas
Ingredients
- Russet potatoes - Baking soda and salt - Garlic - Tomato paste and spices - Olive oil
Chop the potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them in half and then slice into chunks.
Boil
Boil the potatoes in water and baking soda.
Drain the potatoes
Drain the potatoes and add olive oil and salt.
Fry the potatoes
Fry the potatoes in some olive oil, make sure they're golden on all sides.
Make the sauce
Saute mint and garlic in olive oil. Add the spices and cook for a few seconds.
Make the sauce
Add the tomato paste and cook for a minute. Add the water and simmer.
Serve patatas bravas with aioli and tomato sauce.
