Sweetened condensed milk Saffron Rosewater Cardamom Heavy cream Pistachios
Mix the sweetened condensed milk with saffron. cardamom and rosewater.
Whip the heavy cream until stiff peak forms.
Add the saffron condensed milk to the whipped cream and gently fold.
Fold in the chopped pistachios into the heavy cream mixture.
Transfer to a loaf pan and freeze for up to 8 hours.
