Easy Pita Bread
How to make pita bread
All purpose flour
Instant yeast
Granulated Sugar
Salt
Water
More flour for dusting

Ingredients
Olive oil
Add the dry ingredients to the bowl and mix with the wet ingredients until the dough comes together. Let the dough rise for one hour.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces and let it rise for 20 minutes.
Gently roll out the dough balls and place them on the hot baking sheet.
Bake for 2 minutes on each side. Take out of the oven and cover with a towel.
Serve pita bread with dips or stuff with chicken shawarma or gyro!
Love these! The pita came out fluffy and soft. We use the bread to eat with homemade hummus.
