Parmesan Bake Cod
- Cod fillets - Parmesan cheese - Spices - Olive oil
Here's what you need
Make the seasoning
Place the parmesan cheese and spices in a bowl. Stir them to combine using a fork.
Prepare the fish
Brush the cod fillets with olive oil on both sides.
Coat the fillets
Coat each fillet with the parmesan mixture, make sure that the fillets are coated well on all sides.
Bake in the oven
Place the fillets on the baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
How to know if the fillets are cooked
The cod fillets are cooked completely when they can be flaked easily.
