Bake the salmon

Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes.

Sauté the vegetables

Sauté shallots, onion, garlic and bell pepper until they get soft.

Flake the salmon

Once the salmon is fully cooked, fake it using a fork.

Add veggies and spices

Add the vegetables to the salmon and mix well. Season with spices.

Add the eggs and breadcrumbs

Add in the olives, eggs and breadcrumbs. Mix until all is well combined.

Pan fry

Scoop the patties and pan fry them in olive oil about 4 minutes on each side.
