Saute onion in olive oil until translucent.
Add in the red bell pepper and garlic. Cook for a few more minutes.
Add the tomato paste, tomatoes and spices. Cook until the extra juice is evaporated.
Make small nests in the pan with a spoon and add the eggs.
Cover with the lid and cook for a few minutes until the eggs are set to your desire.
Turn the heat off and top the shakshuka with feta.
Serve shakshuka with fresh bread such as simit, lavash or pide. You can serve it for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
