Savory Greek Spinach Pie


- Spinach - Onion and garlic - Parsley,  dill and green onions - Feta - Eggs - Phyllo dough - Olive oil

Sauté onion and garlic until translucent. Add in spinach and cook until wilted.

Mix with feta, parsley, dill and green onions. Add in the eggs and spices.

Layer a few sheets of phyllo and brush with olive oil. Top with the filling.

Cover with more phyllo and bake in the oven for one hour until golden.

Let cool for a few minutes. Slice into squares.
