Tabbuoleh Salad


- Bulgur - Parsley and mint  - Tomatoes - Cucumbers - Olive oil  - Lemon juice  - Salt and pepper

Pour hot water over the bulgur and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then fluff with a fork

Add in chopped parsley, tomatoes, cucumbers and chopped mint.

Add in olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir to combine and let it cool for 30 minutes in the fridge.

Tabouli is perfect with any main dish. It's a healthy vegan salad that everyone loves!
