Vegan Lentil Balls

Ingredients

- Red lentils - Bulgur - Onion and garlic - Tomato paste - Parsley and green onion - Cumin, salt, pepper - Olive oil

Cook the lentils, add the bulgur and let it sit for 30 minutes.

The bulgur will be all cooked and fluffy. Sauté onion and garlic.

Add in the tomato paste and cook for a few minutes. Add the onion mixture to the lentils and bulgur.

Add in parsley, green onion, olive oil and spices. Start shaping the lentil balls.

You can serve these lentil balls with lettuce  and lemon.
