- Olive oil - Onion and garlic - Red and green bell pepper - Tomatoes - Salt, pepper and oregano - Cod fillets - Lemon
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add in red and green bell peppers.
Add in the tomatoes and cook for a minute. Add in the oregano, salt and pepper.
Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper. Place the fish fillets on the cooked veggies in an oven safe dish.
Top with lemon slices and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
