Turkish Bulgur Pilaf


Bulgur Olive oil Onion diced Garlic minced Green pepper diced Roma tomatoes chopped

Tomato paste Salt Black pepper Water

Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add in diced green pepper and sauté for a few minutes.

Add in chopped tomatoes, tomato paste and spices.

Add in the bulgur and water. Cover and cook on medium for 25 minutes.

Wrap the lid in a towel and cook for 10 minutes. Turn the heat off and let it sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
