Turkish Bulgur Salad


Pour hot water over bulgur and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Fluff the cooked bulgur and add the tomato paste.

Mix and then add the pomegranate molasses.

Add in the olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Add green onions, parsley and mint to the salad and mix well.

This salad is perfect for a light lunch or as a side dish.
