Turkish Ramadan Bread

Ingredients

Mix the milk, water, olive oil, sugar, salt, dry yeast and egg white in a large bowl.

Add in the flour, 1 cup at a time and mix until the dough comes together.

Knead the dough for a few minutes. Cover and let it rise for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 2 or 8 pieces.

Mix the egg yolk with the yogurt and brush it on the dough. Spread the dough and make indentations.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and cover with a damp towel right out of the oven.
