Turkish White Bean Salad
Ingredients
- Cannellini beans - Red onion - Tomatoes - Parsley - Sumac, salt and Aleppo pepper - Lemon juice - Olive oil
Step 1
Drain the beans and place them in a bowl with tomatoes, red onions and parsley.
Step 2
Season with salt, sumac and Aleppo pepper. Add in olive oil and lemon juice.
Step 3
Stir to combine. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
