Turkish  Zucchini Fritters

- Zucchinis - Eggs - All purpose flour - Green onion  - Dill - Parsley - Spices

Grate the zucchini and squeeze out the excess liquid.

Chop the greens and add the grated zucchini.

Mix in the eggs, flour and spices.

Fry for about 5 minutes on each side.

Serve with some bread and yogurt.

These fritters are so simple and satisfying! A great way to use up all the zucchini I have from my garden!
