Brown sugar cinnamon syrup

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water

Caramel syrup

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Brown sugar cinnamon syrup

  1. Combine brown sugar, water and cinnamon in a sauce pan and place it over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Bring the mixture to a low boil and keep it simmering for about 5-6 minutes. Cool and use in your coffee.

Caramel syrup

  1. Mix sugar and water in a sauce pan and stir over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.

  2. Bring the mixture to boil and let it simmer without stirring it until the mixture has the consistency of simple syrup, about 6 minutes.

  3. Cool and use in your coffee. Pour the leftovers into a jar and refrigerate.
