Easy Parmesan Baked Cod Recipe
Parmesan crusted baked cod recipe is easy and ready in 30 minutes. Tender cod fillets are coated with parmesan and baked to perfection. You can serve this dish with appetizing side dishes such as brown rice or a simple salad.

- 1 cup parmesan grated
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 lb cod fillet cut into small pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Preheat the oven to 400 °F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat it with a cooking spray.
In a small bowl, mix parmesan with paprika, dried oregano, salt and pepper.
Brush the cod fillets with olive oil on all sides.
Coat each fillet with the parmesan mixture, make sure that the fillets are coated well on all sides.
Place the fillets on the baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until the fish is completely cooked and flakes easily.
Serve with brown rice or a side salad.
- You can use fresh or frozen cod for this recipe. If using frozen, make sure to thaw it completely according to the packaging.
- It's best to serve this dish right away. However, if you have leftovers, store it in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
