Cilantro Lemon Dipping Sauce
- ½ cup cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon water
- salt and pepper to taste
Garlic Parmesan Dipping Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 2 tablespoon parsley
- 2 tablespoon white vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Smoked Paprika Aioli
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt to taste
Cilantro Lemon Dipping Sauce
Chop cilnatro finely and set aside. Mince garlic or grate it and add it to the cilantro.
In a bowl, mix yogurt with olive oil, lemon juice and water. Add in cilantro and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garlic Parmesan Dipping Sauce
Mix mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl and set aside. Mince garlic finely and add it to the mayonnaise with grated parmesan.
Add chopped parsley and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
- Use vegan mayonnaise and dairy free yogurt for vegan version of these dipping sauces.
- You can make aioli from scratch and add some smoked paprika as well.
