No Bake Egg Nest Cookies
A last minute Easter treat, these No Bake Egg Nest Cookies are so easy that you can make them with your little ones!

- 12 whole wheat ritz crackers
- 2 tablespoon cookie butter more if you like
- 4 oz white chocolate melted
- 4 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
- 6 chocolate eggs
Spread cookie butter on the crackers and press them two by two.
Place the cookies in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, stir every 15 seconds.
Toast the shredded coconut in a small pan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
dip one side of the cookies in white chocolate and top them with toasted coconut and chocolate eggs.
