- 8 pieces chicken tenders cut into half
- ¾ cup all purpose flour
- 1 pack ranch seasoning
- 2 eggs whisked
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
Dipping Sauce:
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- 3 tablespoon vinegar more to taste
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
Chicken Tenders:
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Mix the all purpose flour and ranch seasoning with a fork.
Mix the eggs with some salt and pepper. Set aside. Mix the panko bread crumbs with some salt as well and set aside.
Coat the chicken with the flour mixture, then dip in whisked eggs and coat with panko bread crumbs.
Place all the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
