- 2 cups minus 4 tablespoon AP flour
- 4 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon instant yeast
- 2 tablespoon warm milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup plain yogurt Greek yogurt will work as well
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ganache:
- 4 oz semi sweet good quality chocolate chopped
- 4 oz heavy cream
Preheat the oven to 350 F / 180 C. Coat the donuts pan with non stick spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk all the dry ingredients including instant yeast.
In a small bowl, mix all the wet ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Fill the donuts pan with the batter and bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Remove the donuts from the pan and let them cool.
Dip them in ganache and let the icing set.
