Ingredients

Meatballs:

  • ½ lb ground turkey
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger

Honey Sriracha Sauce:

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with non stick spray.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs in a bowl and make meatballs about 1 ½ inch in diameter and place them on the baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the honey sriracha sauce in small pan and place on medium heat, bring to boil, then lower the heat and and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Turn the heat off.
  • Once the meatballs are cooked, place them in a big bowl and toss them with honey sriracha sauce.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.
