Granola:
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
Parfait:
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup honey
Granola:
Preheat the oven to 250F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl. Pour the wet ingredients into dry ones and stir until fully combined.
Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 25 minutes until the pat is cooked through. Remove from the oven, Stir a little bit and let cool.
