Cinnamon Coconut Eggnog

If eggnog is too heavy for you, use 1 cup eggnog and 1 cup milk (I use nonfat) and proceed with the recipe.

  • 2 cups Eggnog
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon


  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a sauce pan.
  2. Place the sauce pan over medium heat and heat the eggnog mixture until it's all heated through.
  3. Pour into two glasses or cups and top with extra cinnamon and shredded coconut.
