Cinnamon Coconut Eggnog

If eggnog is too heavy for you, use 1 cup eggnog and 1 cup milk (I use nonfat) and proceed with the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Eggnog
  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a sauce pan.
  • Place the sauce pan over medium heat and heat the eggnog mixture until it's all heated through.
  • Pour into two glasses or cups and top with extra cinnamon and shredded coconut.
