Meatballs
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 shallot minced
- 2-3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
Mango BBQ Sauce:
- 1 cup bbq sauce your favorite
- 3 mangoes peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
Meatballs:
Mix all the ingredients except olive oil in a large bowl until completely combined. Make the meatballs and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides. Set the browned meatballs aside.
Mango BBQ Sauce:
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender.
Pour half of the sauce at the bottom of the slow cooker. place the meatballs on the sauce, pour the rest of the sauce on the meatballs, cover and cook for 2.5 hours on high or 4 hours on low.
Serve warm.
