Raspberry Danish

Raspberry Danish is a simple and easy pastry that you can make in no time with just three simple ingredients. It’s great for breakfast or as an afternoon snack!

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry thawed
  • 1 Egg Whisked
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese Softened at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar (Icing Sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • cup Raspberry Jam

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  • Cut the Puff Pastry Sheets into squares and then cut each corner towards the center, stop at one inch from the center. You will have the corners cut in half, fold 4 of the half corners inside. 
  • Brush the Puff Pastry pinwheels with whisked egg,. Set aside.
  • Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Put a little bit on each pinwheel. 
  • Top with raspberry jam. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until they are golden brown. 
  • Serve immediately.
