Pomegranate Guacamole
Bring all the festivities to your table with this delicious pomegranate guacamole. Gorgeous jewels of pomegranate with walnuts and feta brings a whole new flavor to the good old favorite!

- 4 Hass Avocados Ripe
- ½ cup Diced Red Onion
- 1 Lime
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro
- ½ cup Pomegranate Arils
- ⅓ cup Chopped Walnuts
- ¼ cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
Start with cutting the avocados in half and remove the pit. Take out the flesh using a spoon and place in a bowl.
Using a fork, mash the avocado.
Add in diced red onion and mix.
Squeeze the lime and add the juice to the avocado and red onion.
Add in salt, pepper and cilantro.
Place a plastic wrap on the surface of the guacamole and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes. (You can skip this step if the avocados are cold.)

Guacamole is better be served and eaten on the same day, but you can deseed the pomegranate the day before.
