Fresh Homemade Guacamole

why eating a store-bought guacamole full of chemicals and preservatives when you can easily make your own in like 10 minutes with fresh ripe avocados.

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cloves of garlic- mashed
  • ¼ small red onion – diced
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Cut the avocado in half. With a knife, take the pit out and using a spoon, scoop the avocado out of the skin. Mash the avocado with a fork.
  • Add onion, garlic and parsley. Mix well.
  • Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately.
