- 1 avocado
- 2 cloves of garlic- mashed
- ¼ small red onion – diced
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cut the avocado in half. With a knife, take the pit out and using a spoon, scoop the avocado out of the skin. Mash the avocado with a fork.
Add onion, garlic and parsley. Mix well.
Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately.
