Ingredients

Filling:

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 raw sausage
  • 1/2 can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Cups:

  • 1 pack wonton wrappers 48 wrappers
  • 1 1/2 cup non-fat ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup fat-free shredded mozzarella

Instructions

Filling:

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  • Add ground beef and sausage and cook until browned.
  • Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and dried thyme and cook for 2 minutes.

Mini Lasagna cups:

  • Preheat the oven to 375F/190C.
  • Line 2 12-cup muffin tins with 24 wonton wrappers.
  • Put 1 tsp ricotta cheese in each cup.
  • Top with 1 1/2 tbsp. filling.
  • Add some shredded mozzarella.
  • Put another wonton wrappers on top of the filling + ricotta + filling + mozzarella.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
