- 1 ½ cup mixed berries Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and black berries
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch Gluten free
- 2 packs Daiya Greek Yogurt Alternative Black Cherry And Vanilla
- 4 tablespoon Gluten free Granola
Place mixed berries, maple syrup and cornstarch in a sauce pan over medium heat, stir until they are cooked and soft.
Place the mixed berry mixture in a blender and blend until smooth.
Put the mixture back on the heat and stir occasionally until thickens.
Set aside to cook.
Once cool, fill a third of each glass with the mixed berry mixture, top with Daiya Greek Yogurt Alternative and Gluten Free Granola.
Serve immediately.
