Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup mixed berries Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and black berries
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch Gluten free
  • 2 packs Daiya Greek Yogurt Alternative Black Cherry And Vanilla
  • 4 tablespoon Gluten free Granola

Instructions

  • Place mixed berries, maple syrup and cornstarch in a sauce pan over medium heat, stir until they are cooked and soft.
  • Place the mixed berry mixture in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Put the mixture back on the heat and stir occasionally until thickens.
  • Set aside to cook.
  • Once cool, fill a third of each glass with the mixed berry mixture, top with Daiya Greek Yogurt Alternative and Gluten Free Granola.
  • Serve immediately.
