Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders

These Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken tenders are easy and super delicious. Delicious parmesan chicken tenders baked in the oven are crispy, easy and ready in no time.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup parmesan
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ cup bread crumbs

Dipping Sauce:

  • ½ can tomato sauce
  • 1 garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat and pour the bread crumbs in the pan. Stir continuously until golden brown. Set aside.
  • Start a dredging station. In a shallow bowl (or a pie pan) mix the flour, a bit of salt and parmesan. In another shallow bowl, whisk the eggs, some salt milk and garlic powder, and place the pan with bread crumbs and some salt next to them in one line.
  • Start by coating the chicken tenders in the flour, then dip in whisked eggs and coat with bread crumbs on both sides. place on the baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining tenders.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm with a dipping sauce.

Dipping Sauce:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl and serve.

Notes

  • You can serve these chicken tenders with french fries, mashed potatoes or salad. 
  • You can use either chicken tenders or sliced chicken breast for this recipe.
