- 2 thick slices of French Bread
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 avocado halved
- ½ cup La Victoria Mango Habanero Salsa
Toast the French Bread Slices in a toaster or use the broil of the oven. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a small pan. Once the pan is hot, break the eggs into the pan and fry them sunny side up for 5 -6 minutes.
Thinly slice half of the avocado.
Put one slice of toasted bread on each plate and top it with fried egg, avocado and salsa.
Sprinkle some red pepper flakes on top (optional)
