Ingredients

Granola:

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

Parfait:

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup honey

Instructions

Granola:

  • Preheat the oven to 250F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl. Pour the wet ingredients into dry ones and stir until fully combined.
  • Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 25 minutes until the pat is cooked through. Remove from the oven, Stir a little bit and let cool.

Parfait:

  • Mix Greek yogurt and honey. Layer with granola in small mason jars.
