  • 2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup dried unsweetened coconut
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup raisins


  • Preheat the oven to 250F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix all the ingredients except raisins in a bowl and make sure everything is well incorporated.
  • Spread the mixture on the baking sheet in one layer and bake in the oven for 45 - 60 minutes, check and stir every 20 minutes.
  • Add the raisins in the last 10 minutes.
  • Take the granola out of the oven and let cool for 20 minutes, break into chunks and small pieces if needed.
