- 2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
- ½ cup chopped almonds
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup dried unsweetened coconut
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup raisins
Preheat the oven to 250F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all the ingredients except raisins in a bowl and make sure everything is well incorporated.
Spread the mixture on the baking sheet in one layer and bake in the oven for 45 - 60 minutes, check and stir every 20 minutes.
Add the raisins in the last 10 minutes.
Take the granola out of the oven and let cool for 20 minutes, break into chunks and small pieces if needed.
