- 6 tablespoon butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 350F. Place the butter in a 6 inch cast iron skillet and melt it over medium heat.
Pour the melted butter in a bowl and whisk it wit sugar and vanilla until combined.
Add in eggs and whisk well for about 2 minutes.
Add in cocoa powder and flour. Whisk until combined.
Pour the batter into the cast iron skillet.
Top with chocolate chips and walnuts.
Bake in the oven for 20 -25 minutes until cooked but the center is still soft.
Cook for 5 minutes and serve with vanilla ice cream.
