Pomegranate Pistachio Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground beef or a combo of ground beef and lamb
  • 5 tbsp Pomegranate molasses
  • 3 tbsp Ground or chopped pistachios
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tsp dried tarragon
  • 1 pack Wild Garden Bulgur


  • In a large bowl, place beef, pomegranate molasses and ground pistachio. 
  • Mix well using your hands or a wooden spoon. 
  • Add in turmeric, salt, black pepper and dried tarragon. 
  • Heat a grill pan on medium heat. 
  • Shape the koftas into 2-3 inch ovals and place them on the grill pan. 
  • Grill for 7 minutes on side side, flip and grill for 5 minutes on the other side until they are fully cooked through. 
  • Meanwhile, prepare Wild Garden bulgur according to the packaging. 
  • Once the koftas are ready, serve them with Wild Garden bulgur
