Raspberry Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Bark

Yogurt bark is a healthy and delicious snack made with a handful of ingredients. This Greek yogurt bark is so simple and easy that even a kid can make it.

Ingredients

  • 2 pack Two Good® by Light & Fit™ Mixed berry
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoon frozen raspberries

Instructions

  • Add the Two Good® by Light & Fit™ yogurt into a bowl. 
  • Add in honey and mix until well combined. 
  • Spread the yogurt mixture on a baking sheet evenly. Make sure the spread isn't too thin or too thick. 
  • Sprinkle the chocolate chips, shredded coconut and raspberries on the yogurt spread.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for two hours or until it's fully frozen and easy to handle. 
  • Break it into barks and serve immediately. 

Notes

  • Frozen yogurt bark can stay at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Freeze the leftovers immediately.
