How to make Aioli Sauce
Ingredients
- Egg - Garlic - Lemon juice - Dijon mustard - Salt - Oil - Olive oil
Step 1
Place the egg, mustard, garlic, salt and lemon juice in a food processor.
Step 2
Blend and then as the food processor is running, drizzle the oil and olive oil.
Step 3
The aioli will come together and will be very creamy.
Serve with patatas bravas, chicken, vegetable or in a sandwich.
I love aioli, and i'm so happy to have made it myself! No need to buy it from the store anymore!
