Let's make chicken gyro!
Salt and pepper
In a large bowl mix the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic.
Add the chicken tenders to the mixture and marinate for one to six hours.
Sear the tenders in a hot skillet for 5 minutes on each side.
Spread tzatziki sauce on pita bread and top with red onion and tomatoes.
The yogurt marinade gives great color to the chicken and makes it so tender.
