Baked Dijon Salmon


- Salmon - Dijon mustard - Olive oil  - Lemon juice - Garlic and dill - Capers

Preheat the oven. Place the salmon on a baking sheet and brush with dijon mustard, olive oil and lemon juice.

Top the salmon with chopped fresh dill.

Add minced garlic to the salmon.

Top with capers, salt and pepper.

Arrange the lemon slices and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Serve dijon salmon with potatoes, salad or rice.
