Persian Cinnamon Mint Refresher

This Persian Cinnamon Mint Refresher will be your new favorite drink to serve at parties. A concentrated syrup infused with mint and cinnamon mixed with sparkling water for the right amount of fizz.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 2 sticks of cinnamon
  • 1 bottle Sparkling Ice Essence of Lemon Lime cold

Instructions

  • Place sugar and water on medium heat and bring to boil. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add in the vinegar and simmer for 5 more minutes.
  • Turn the heat off. Add in mint and cinnamon sticks. Cover and let the syrup cool.
  • Drain and discard mint leaves and cinnamon sticks.
  • Fill 1/4 - 1/3 of the glasses with the syrup and fill with Sparkling Ice Essence of Lemon Lime.
  • Serve cold.
