- 6 granny smith apples sliced
Caramel Sauce:
Put all the ingredients of the caramel sauce in a pot over medium heat.
Stir until the sauce is well combined and starts bubbling.
Let the sauce cook for 3 minutes after it starts bubbling.
Caramel Apple Cobbler:
Pour half of the caramel sauce in a baking dish. (Ceramic or Pyrex will work)
Place the apple slices on the caramel.
Pour the rest of the sauce.
Using a spoon, cover the apples with the topping.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until the topping is brown at some spots and the sauce is bubbly.
