Notes

Rest the Dough: After mixing the ingredients, allow the dough to rest for about15 minutes. This resting period allows the flour to fully hydrate, resulting in a more elastic and easier-to-work-with dough.
Control the Heat: Preheat your cooking surface, whether it's a griddle, skillet, or grill, over medium heat. Too high heat can cause the flatbread to burn on the outside while remaining raw inside.
Watch for Bubbles: As the flatbread cooks, watch for bubbles to form on the surface. This is a sign that the dough is cooking evenly and the flatbread is ready to be flipped.
Flip with Care: When flipping the flatbread, use a spatula or tongs to gently turn it over. Be careful not to tear the dough, especially if it's thin.
Keep Warm: To keep the flatbreads warm and soft, cover with a clean kitchen towel while you cook the remaining batches.
Store Properly: Store any leftover flatbreads in an airtight container or resealable plastic bag at room temperature.
