Grilled Chicken Breast (With The Best Marinade!)

Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise to have two thinner pieces.
In a bowl mix the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, coriander, tomato paste and salt.
Add in the chicken breasts and make sure every piece is well coated with the marinade. Cover and let it sit for 30 minutes at room temperature or up to 12 hours in the fridge.
Preheat the grill to medium high, about 475 F.
Grill the chicken breasts for 5 minutes on one side. Don't flip until the chicken releases itself. Then flip and grill 4 minutes on the other.
Remove from grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes then sprinkle parsley as a final garnish and serve.
Slice the Chicken Lengthwise: To achieve perfectly grilled chicken breasts, slice them lengthwise to create two thinner pieces.

Don’t Rush the Cooking Process: Patience is key when grilling chicken. Allow the chicken to cook fully on each side before flipping. Properly cooked chicken will naturally release from the grill, making it easier to flip and remove without sticking.
