Grilled Green Beans with Lemon and Feta

- 1 lb Green beans
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese crumbled
- 1 Lemon juiced
Preheat the grill to 375 degrees F or medium high. Place a grilling basket or a cast iron skillet on the grates white the grill is heating.
Wash and dry the green beans, then trim them.
Add them to a bowl and toss in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the green beans to the grilling basket. Grill for 10 minutes, flipping or stirring them every couple of minutes.
Once cooked through and charred to your liking, move to serving dish, add lemon juice and feta, and serve.
Preparation Tips:
- Trimming: Trim the ends of the green beans for a cleaner presentation and more uniform cooking. This can be done quickly by lining up a handful of beans and slicing off the ends in one go.
- Dry Thoroughly: After washing, make sure the green beans are completely dry. This helps them grill better, giving you that perfect char without steaming.

- Use a Grill Basket: A grill basket prevents the beans from falling through the grates and makes it easier to stir them around. If you don’t have a grill basket, a cast iron skillet works great too.
