- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 oz mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Holland House white cooking wine
- 1 1/2 cup vegetable stock
Place a pan over medium heat and melt the butter in the pan.
Add in the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft and brown.
Add in rosemary and garlic. Cook for another 2-5 minutes.
Add in flour and stir well. Cook for a minute.
Add in Holland House white cooking wine and stir well.
Add in vegetable stock and stir well. Bring to simmer and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the mushroom gravy thickens, turn the heat off and serve the gravy.
